Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

⚠️ Please do not return any items without contacting us first. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@tarpak.co.za, and we will evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Bulk orders cut or packaged as per customer request
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Used or opened packaging materials

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest solution is to return the original item once approved and place a new order for the product you want.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note, your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
